Review Guidelines

In short
- Review a pharmacy you actually used, based on your own experience, good or bad.
- Keep it respectful, and keep it about the pharmacy: no harassment, hate, spam or ads.
- Don't include your medications, health conditions, or anyone's full name.
Who can write reviews
Anyone with a free My Rxler account and a confirmed email address can review a pharmacy, once per pharmacy. You can edit your review (it will show as “Edited”) or delete it at any time from My Reviews. Pharmacy owners and employees may not review their own pharmacy or a competitor.
How reviews are checked
Most reviews publish right away. A review is held for a closer look if it seems to contain offensive language, links or advertising, someone's full name, or health information such as medication names, conditions, or prescription or phone numbers. Reviews from brand-new accounts, and more than three reviews in a day, are also checked first. If your review mentions health information, we'll ask you to edit it out.
What we remove
We hide or remove a review only when it breaks one of these rules:
- It shares health information about the reviewer or anyone else.
- It names a staff member or another person in full.
- It harasses, threatens or demeans anyone, or contains hate speech.
- It is spam or advertising.
- It was written by someone with a conflict of interest, such as an owner or employee.
- It is clearly fake or not based on a real experience.
- It contains illegal content.
A hidden review comes back once you edit it to fix the problem. We tell you which rule applied.
What we never do
- We never change the words of your review. We only publish, hide or remove it.
- We never hide, remove or rank a review lower because it is negative.
- Pharmacies can't pay to remove or hide reviews, and we don't pay for or reward reviews.
Reporting a review
Signed-in users can tap “Report” on any review that seems to break these rules. Pharmacies that claim their listing can reply to reviews publicly. For legal requests about a review, contact us through the contact page.
