Information We Collect
When you search Rxler, we process the search terms and filters you enter (name, location, specialty, etc.) to return results; we do not require an account to search. If you create a pharmacy professional account, we collect your name, email, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and the pharmacy information you provide. If you suggest a pharmacy or join a waitlist, we collect the contact details you submit.
Payment Information
Paid placement (“boosts”) are processed by Stripe, Inc. Rxler never receives or stores your card number, CVC, or other raw payment details — Stripe handles that directly. We retain records of the transaction (amount, date, status) associated with your account.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your admin or professional account. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate the directory, maintain your account, process payments, respond to suggestions, and communicate with you about features you've signed up for (such as Per Diem Exchange updates).
