Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

You can search Rxler without an account. We process the search terms and filters you enter (name, location, specialty, etc.) to return results. Beyond that, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Accounts. For consumer, pharmacy professional, and Per Diem Exchange™ accounts: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name and email address from that service.
• Pharmacy listings. Information pharmacy professionals add to a listing they manage (address, hours, services, photos, promotions, and so on), which is shown publicly, plus details submitted to verify a claim on a listing.
• Per Diem Exchange™. Your role, license number and state, and ZIP code (used to match you with shifts within range), shift postings, and messages you send to employers through the site.
• Reviews. Your rating, review text, display name, and email address. Your email is used to confirm the review and is not shown publicly.
• Availability requests. When you ask a pharmacy whether it has a medication, we collect what you asked about, your name, email, and optional phone number and note. Only that pharmacy sees it, we email you their answer, and we delete the request after 90 days.
• My Rxler accounts. Your email, display name (shown on reviews you write), ZIP code (used to find nearby pharmacies), notification settings, when you accepted our terms and confirmed you are 18 or older, and, if you turn it on, your two-factor authentication setup (stored encrypted).
• Saved pharmacies and medications. Pharmacies you save to My Rxler and, as those features launch, medications you save, private notes you add to them (stored encrypted), and the alerts we generate for you. See Consumer Health Data below.
• Suggestions, waitlists, and contact messages. What you submit through Suggest a Pharmacy, a waitlist signup, or Contact Us.
• Bug reports. What you write, an optional screenshot, the page you were on, your browser type and window size, and your account type if you're signed in.
• Listing statistics. We count page views and clicks on “Directions,” “Website,” and “Email” for each pharmacy as daily totals, so owners can see how their listing performs. These totals are not tied to you.
• Security data. We briefly record the IP address or account involved in form submissions and sign-in attempts to prevent spam and password guessing. These records are deleted automatically, generally within a day.

Payment Information

Paid features (listing boosts, Per Diem Exchange™ posts, and memberships) are processed by Stripe, Inc. Rxler never receives or stores your card number, CVC, or other raw payment details; Stripe handles that directly. We keep records of each transaction (what was purchased, amount, date, and status) with your account.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to complete sign-in with Google or LinkedIn. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We measure overall site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and we turn it off entirely on My Rxler account pages.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate the directory, maintain your account, match Per Diem Exchange™ professionals with shifts, process payments, publish and moderate reviews, respond to suggestions and messages, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and send you emails about your account (such as verification and password-reset emails) or features you've signed up for.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information only as needed to run Rxler, with service providers acting on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Google or LinkedIn (if you choose to sign in with them). When you message an employer through the Per Diem Exchange™, the employer sees your name, email, and message. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices and Rights

Pharmacy professionals can edit or hide their listings and delete their account from account settings. My Rxler users can download all of their data and delete their account at any time from My Rxler settings. Anyone can ask us to access, correct, or delete their personal information through our Contact Us page, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Consumer Health Data

Some information in My Rxler can reveal something about your health, such as the medications you save, the alerts we send you about them, and the pharmacies you save. We treat all of it as consumer health data, wherever you live.

• What we collect and why. Only what you choose to add, used only to provide My Rxler: showing your list, matching it against FDA recall, shortage and label data, and sending the alerts you ask for. We don't collect dose schedules, prescribers, diagnoses or why you take a medication.
• Consent. We ask for your consent when you create a My Rxler account, separately from our Terms. You can withdraw it by deleting your account.
• No selling, no advertising. We don't sell consumer health data, share it for advertising, or load advertising or tracking pixels on My Rxler pages. Alert emails never name a medication in the subject line.
• Who can see it. Only you, and the service providers listed above that host and deliver Rxler on our behalf. We don't share it with pharmacies.
• Your rights. Download a copy or delete your account (and this data) from My Rxler settings at any time. Deletion is immediate. Residents of Washington, Nevada and other states with consumer health data laws have these rights, and anyone can also contact us about them.

Children

Rxler is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be 18 or older to create a My Rxler account.

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
